A relatively quiet week this week as Amos and Hamish lament the Aussie Mens Cricket Team, and report on what's been happening at their club - from AFLW to trade week shenanigans.

In Episode 100, Hamish and Amos review the Grand Final and the Grand Final Entertainment. They discuss the Clayton Oliver trade that isn't, a long term deal for Aaron Naughton and whether Callum Mills should be stripped of his saints Captaincy.

Finally they discuss the week that was for their teams, what it will take to get some trades done, and also how their teams did in the AFLW.

In this week's episode both Amos and Hamish bemoan the state of Australian rugby union, Hamish makes the case for an Essendon draft compensation pick as North made the Preliminary Finals in 2015. In this week’s episode, after going off tangent and discussing the Rugby World Cup and the EPL Amos and Hamish discuss whether the AFL Premiership Cup should be named the Barassi Cup. They speculate whether Hinkley and Goodwin have anything to worry about and it also seems to be that Ben McKay is either Essendon or Hawthorn bound. Hawthorn has a new CEO. Essendon is transitioning from the Dodoro era. Hamish also finds that you can’t trust everything you read on Wikipedia. 

A short but feature packed episode this week with Hamish hiding in the bathroom of his Auckland hotel, hiding from angry New Zealanders after the All Blacks loss at the Rugby World Cup last weekend.

Amos celebrates a winning week at the Hawks whilst Hamish marvels at how good Maddy Prespakis is as a footballer (whilst complaining about the cost of hamburgers.)

They can’t avoid discussing the Maynard hearing, whilst also looking at the next coach of Richmond, Riewoldt’s new role in Tassie and whether the Roos deserve another compensation package. 

Hamish celebrates as Essendon defeats the Hawks in R1 of the AFLW with great games from Toogood, Prespakis and Nanscawen. Hamish is happy about Essendon offering Bryan a 2 year contract extension and expresses some incredulity at reports that Goldstein may come to Essendon. Both Hamish and Amos share their Finals predictions and Hawthorn is guaranteed at least 1 trophy this year with 2 teams battling it out in the Blind Football Grand Final

A rather uncontroversial podcast this week despite Essendon’s loss to Collingwood. Hamish celebrates 3 win Man City’s start to the EPL and pops the champagne cork for DP3 signing a new contract. 

They think the selectors broadly got it right with the All Australian and speculate on what the Eagles strong support for Simpson means.

Both will be looking for bragging rights after this week’s AFLW Round 1. 

In this week's episode Hamish gets a bit ranty and calls for Adrian Dodoro's head. Amos has a more positive view of the Hawks season (and weekend.)

They also discuss the 22under22, goal umpire reviews, team integrity in the final rounds, Simpson, Hardwick and Goodwin, as well as questioning whether there is still a place for taggers in the game.

In this week's episode, recorded earlier than normal so Hamish and Amos can continue their support of the Matildas, discussion centred on whether Hamish would be linking up for Week 1 Finals tickets and where Sam Mitchell ranked in terms of Coach performance this year.

They also discussed Goal line technology, West Coast retirements and Paddy McCartin.

In this week’s episode Hamish and Amos question whether the punishment for “fan contact” was acceptable, they look at Brownlow Medal chances and Hamish makes the case for Harley Reid ending up at the Bombers. They both wonder whether a trip to Europe could have been a Zoom meeting and Hamish wonders whether the Pies season is done.

Amos waxes lyrical about a great weekend for the Hawks whilst Hamish makes excuses for a lacklustre performance.
