solid read, very informative, interesting
Line in the Sand surprised me by how believable the characters are. Although it's a novel, it reads like it's right out of the headlines. Very beleivable and startling in it's candor. It gives the "bad guys" purpose and helped me understand better how the world sets up these international dramas and fights. I got a lot out of the novel as far as helping me to see the big picture.
Don't bother
poorly written and found story dragged. Could not get into it and was hoping it would end soon. Don't bother
Excellent read
Alex Matthews, a rogue border patrol agent, is recruited by a seasoned FBI agent to go undercover with ruthless Mexican bandits smuggling people and drugs across the border.
At the same time a deadly plot is unfolding that will affect the lives of many Americans. Alex must fight against his own inner demons at the same time trying to keep Americans safe.
Author C Isaacs wrote a very detailed and action pack book that is sure to bring about a new series. I'm looking forward to his next novel.
