If you're seeing this description you've completed 2020, congratulations! Before we throw this dumpster fire of a year behind us, we have one important piece of business to take care of - Game of the Year! As always we've been joined by Barry Murphy @thebarrylad to tackle the important decisions on what was the best (and worst) of video games in 2020.

This is the most amount of content we've ever recorded for GOTY so this year our awards show will be split into 4 parts. On top of that, each category will be posted to our YouTube channel individually.

With the Oxford pleasantries out of the way, let's get to it with Part One!

10:15 - Rules of Engagement

12:45 - Konami Korner for Video Game People Being Trash

1:14:20 - Disappointment of the Year

Cyberpunk 2077 is finally here, so we only have one crucial question: what customisation options exist for your junk?

Elsewhere, Mark throws heaps of praise at Annapurna Interactive and two of their recent releases, we run through the winners of the 2020 Game Awards, discuss the recent MCU announcements and much more!

12:15 - Movies that do not hold up?

24:15 - The Mandalorian

25:25 - MCU: Phase 4 announcements/reveal

35:50 - If Found…

43:32 - The Pathless

55:15 - Initial Cyberpunk 2077 impressions

1:06:45 - Cyberpunk 2077 causing epileptic seizures

1:13:35 - The Game Awards 2020 and announcements

Also! We at Link to the Cast are revving up for Game of The Year, and as such we've been looking for a way to settle ties, as with four members on our show panel again (Dave, Mark, Jack, Barry), we sometimes end up with a deadlock.

And that's where you guys come in!

Below you'll find our nominees for every category in this year's awards. Simply cast your vote, and in the event of a hopeless deadlock between two games, the one with the most votes from you fine people will win!

Thanks for helping us not murder each other on the air, and please keep an eye out for the shows dropping at the end of the year.
