About Mayu Thava:

Mayu is a Real Estate Investor with approximately 50 units across Windsor, Toronto, Northern Ontario and New Brunswick. He invests in multifamily real estate ranging from 3 to 10 units. He left his 9 to 5 as a CA to become a mortgage agent and completed over 100 transactions for predominantly investor oriented clients in 2022. He is also a co-host of the RISE Real estate investing podcast where he enjoys teaching the next generation of investors how to scale up their portfolio.
