a meditation to ground yourself and to reinforce your connection with Gaia, Mother Earth as well as Source. If it resonates with you, I recommend doing this meditation while walking barefoot on natural ground, or while sitting on your preferred meditation spot outside with your bare feet, legs or palms touching Mother Earth. If you can’t meditate outside it is totally fine to work purely with visualization and with evoking the memory of sensations on your skin.
