Lisa Ann Millican was a 13 year girl living in the foster system of Georgia. She mysteriously goes missing in September of 1982, and was later found murdered in a canyon in Alabama. Her killers then went on to abduct and murder a 22 year old woman named Janice Chatman. Unknown to Lisa, her death helped law enforcement in 3 southern states to apprehend a serial killer couple that had no intention of ever stopping.
