She started her virtual coaching business as a Certified Oola Life Coach and Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner and has helped hundreds of women SOAR (seeking our authentic route) to their highest potential & authentically align with their purpose driven life so they can serve their soulmate client confidently.

Lisa is an avid reader and loves to journal. When she’s not writing, she can be found wandering through nature or baking up some of her favorite paleo desserts. She currently lives in Rochester with her husband, son, and furbaby who thinks she’s human.
