Dara Evans, Head of Primary at the British School of Geneva (BSG), joins Katt Cullen in the WRS studio for the Breakfast Show. With over a decade of experience at BSG, Dara shares insights into the school's evolution, the brand new primary half-day programme (launched in April 2025) and highlights the exciting opportunities available to secondary and Sixth Form students beyond academics. Les Genevoix is a vibrant gay men's choir based in Geneva, Switzerland, known for its inclusive spirit and diverse musical repertoire. Through performances and community events, the group promotes visibility, acceptance, and celebration of LGBTQ+ identities.
Led by a professional conductor, the singers of different levels and backgrounds sing a varied pop repertoire, with 4-part arrangements known as TTBB; Tenors 1, Tenors 2, Baritones, Basses.
Andoni Santamaria from Les Genevoix joins us in the studio to tell us more about the upcoming performances and the weekly rehearsals throughout the year.

On Friday 6 June, the Fara Quartet - featuring classically trained musicians from the Conservatoire de Musique de Genève and Trinity College London (now Trinity Laben) will perform at Holy Trinity Church near Cornavin station at 7.30pm.
Violist Stephen Winfield, also a local music teacher, tells us about the group and their upcoming performance.

This morning on the WRS Breakfast Show, Katt Cullen spoke with Director Duncan Lally and advanced dancer Joanita Kalibala about the upcoming GAOS performance of this bold rock opera.
They discussed Duncan’s vision, including the show’s strong symbolism and how it subverts the traditional Bible narrative as told from the perspective of Judas.
Joanita shared insights into the diverse characters within the ensemble cast and the powerful themes explored through dance, as well as the professional nature of the choreography - with shout-outs to some of those involved.
