What are collocations?  Collocations help you sound more like a native speaker.  It's two or more words that sound natural together. 

more than average, esp. in amount, age, height, weight etc.

My height is above average.

totally or completely necessary

Studying is absolutely necessary if you want to make a good grade.

to use drugs in a way that's harmful to yourself or others

Parents should teach their kids not to abuse drugs.

the harmful or unethical use of power

The abuse of power is common in government these days.

to accept the fact that you didn't win a game, match, contest, election, etc.

Sometimes, you have to accept defeat to move on.
