Seven top-level members of the Adams administration have departed in the last month—including the heads of the NYPD (TWICE), the Health Department, and the school system. And those are just the executives. 

However, Mayor Eric Adams says this has nothing to do with the federal investigation into his administration, and is just general burnout. Sure?
