Review of Are You, You, by Gail Hagan

I was not impressed by this book. I found it very annoying to read, as it has many gramatical errors. The sentences are choppy and hard to follow. It seems as though the author was in a hurry when she wrote this and did not take the time to proof read it. I've submitted college papers that followed more of a format than this book. I read the book and am still unclear of what Gail's goal was in writing this. This is NOT a self-help book; it's merely some rant on how Gail's parents treated her. I'm sorry I invested money in the purchase of this book.

Gail Hagan is not a writer.

This book was strange and poorly written. I have to doubt her claims of higher education after reading this. The grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary were all substandard.

If she wanted to tell this story she should have made use of a ghost writer. She jumps from subject to subject without warning. The whole story just didn't hang together properly.

The first part of the story was mildly interesting but the rest of it was self serving explanations of her side of squabbles with her family and inlaws. It read like the journal of a poorly educated person. Don't really understand why she wrote this book.

Rob Still has done a wonderful job allowing me to experience the Times and lessons seen & heard by the people after Christ died on the cross.

Deep and yet easy and short devotionals! Large print, beautiful photos of the sunrise and plenty of stories!

What I love most about this book is it goes deep and bring fresh perspectives to the Bible narratives and yet each devotional is short enough to keep my attention with enough time to read it before going about my day! I started with the audio version which is great! The book is in large print, with beautiful pictures of the sunrise and stories from the author Rob Still, who weaves stories and experiences from his own life into the book! He also shares snippets of favourite hymns which I found fun and interesting!

Thought provoking - inspirational - wonderful devotional guide

Rob Still has an amazing ability to take scripture and fit it into our daily living. His writings are very thought provoking. Through his writings, Rob encourages us to live our lives with Christ. "We can do all things through Christ."

The daily morning sunrise picture is a great way to ecourage the reader to pause and reflect before reading the devotional for the day. The prayer at the end of each devotional feel like they were written for me individually, to take me and grow my faith deeper each day.

I highly recommend What God Has Done to Believers, seekers and even sceptics. What took me so long to order Bob's book?! I couldn't put in down. Read it in less than a day. Each chapter was inspiring. I plan to purchase as gifts for friends and family. A must read. Candid reflections will inspire you to remember what God has done and what He will do. Such a blessing to me.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Ivory's work. It is refreshing to hear someone unveil the truth about the choices made in their young adulthood life that led to the path before them. It takes courage to write about our own lives but it can help others learn and heal as they grow. His words encourage us to keep going on in our life's journey, recognizing that everything happens for a reason. Good debut!

Read it in THREE Days!

Ivory is a talented musician and songwriter, evident in his creative and captivating writing style.
