Jesus demonstrated the kind of faith that we can walk in because we have the same Father He has! Jesus not only lived a life of faith, He was faithful to the life He lived. It's important that we're faithful to what is right in front of us because God wants to use us where we are and He is preparing us for what is to come. Before David was known as a giant slayer, he was a shepherd boy, serving his dad by tending sheep in the field. We can't have the success without the preparation.

When the world faces the fires of difficulty, they create an image that can rescue them, but they are counterfeit rescues. How can we face the fires of difficulty in this world and remain genuine, uncompromised, and courageous giving the world a view of a people who know the living God.

God's fire is a consuming fire, a purifying fire, and an ascending fire. Rest and receive what the Holy Spirit is so eager and delighted to give you!

They will know like no other generation what it means for the Kingdom of Heaven to belong to them!

Jesus is alive and He's worth celebrating for who He is, what He accomplished on the cross, and how He conquered the grave! He's also worth our complete surrender! The greatest way we could ever celebrate Jesus is to give Him our life. All of it! Surrender is exciting when we realize who we are surrendering to! Jesus is so amazing! He's worth our whole life!

A donkey, some palm branches, and the shouts of Hosanna began Jesus' victory march towards the cross!! In order for there to be a resurrection and an empty tomb, Jesus had to be willing to die on a cross. The precious blood of Jesus is still flowing and He's alive and ready to apply it to our lives so we can experience the fullness of the salvation He paid for us to have!

Distraction divides our attention and pulls us away from our original focus. Like the wind and waves that distracted Peter when he was walking on the water, distraction steals our attention, changes our direction, and causes us to drown in unbelief in waters that were under our feet when our focus was on Jesus.

Mary of Bethany interacted with Jesus three times, and all three times she is described to be at His feet each time for different reasons. The first time Jesus describes her as undistracted. The third time Jesus declared that her life would be remembered for her lavish devotion to Him.

Insecurity is security that's rooted in the wrong place. It's security in the belief that what I think about myself is more true than what God has said about me. It removes God from the position of authority in my life and puts me in the position of power. It limits my impact in this world to only what I am capable of instead of what God can do through me.
