Marriage is tough and I have realized that I have ignored my own faults when it came to the tough stretch my marriage has endured. I talk about being okay with the truth of your negative aspects, breaking generational trauma, and how ignoring all the signs and not holding up the mirror to yourself will ultimately break your relationship.
