Highly Recommended

I found this book while looking up the Haggai quote for a friend with debt problems. I first got the Kindle version and was so impressed that I bought myself two more hard copies, sent one to my friend, then two more to another friend. The book is very readable, and the the stories and parables are well chosen to illustrate the authors points. Many have read the Bible and could even quote passages, but not so many have learned to apply Bible truth in their daily life. That is where this book excels. Taylor gives practical instruction in how to sew up those holes that cause us to lose the fruit of our labor.

Mind blowing ideas that supports the principles.

The very first thing that I thought this book about was the author will literally teach us on what we are going to do in order to achieve financial prosperity. But little did I know that what Cameron did was to shatter the myths that haunts us. From what the real purpose of government and how changing its purpose affects a country. (In the books case, america). A highly recommended book.

Excellent book

Really liked the biblical analysis of how we should look at money. The focus is on biblical principles which cannot be escaped. Author does a good job of keeping interest high on what could be a dry subject. Highly recommend

The Big Short in Short

This is a much abridged (54 page) version of Michael Lewisâs splendid book on the default swap crisis. He names the central characters, their roles, and tells enough about them as individuals to give the reader a sense of their heroism or venality during the crisis. A very few showed prescience as many were blind to or simply ignored all the signs that something terrible was happening in the banking business and on Wall Street. Eventually came disaster. It is truly difficult to make a story about finance interesting to the reader, but Lewis did it, and this short book has a cast of compelling characters, plenty of drama, and a twisted plot more engaging than any work of fiction.

I recommend this to each and everyone and I just hope ...

Though I haven't seen the book by Michael Lewis entitled The Big Short, I still understand it clearly. This book is an eye-opening to its readers. It tells the real life stories of different people, what are their experiences, and how they act or react to that. I can really feel and see their statutes which gives me a lesson and motivation in life at the same time. This book is worth reading. I recommend this to each and everyone and I just hope you'll also gain something from it.

Generally a good summary

Not anything of value

Totally pointless. This is nothing more than his leads he received every week for 30+ weeks. No informational at all on how to actually do it yourself. Totally pointless and the title is mis-leading since you will learn nothing. Definitely don't buy.

Also the author is so boring you will sleep through it all.

Misleading summary

What could Dan Howe have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

First of all I had to turn this book off after 2 hours because hearing "hear are the numbers" a thousand times was driving me nuts. This book is literally a book of all of his leads (how he aquired them, the location and if he made an offer). The only lesson to be learned here is that it takes a lot of time and effort to find a good deal.

Any additional comments?

Dan Howe has a podcast which I will gladly check out, but this book wasn't for me.

Interesting

Ian Leafâs Fraud, Fraudsters and Scams was an interesting book to read. I am glad it was a shorter book because I donât know that I could have gotten through it if it had been longer. This book basically walks you through setting up an Instagram account for your business as well as what to post on it and how to use hashtags and think like that. I havenât really gotten into Instagram for my blog but after reading this book, I think I am going to try and see if it really will help me build a bigger audience. This book is written in plain English and isnât something that you wouldnât understand if you are 100% knowledgeable on Instagram and how it works. I am going to test out what this book says to do and in a few months, I will come back and let you know how it all worked out for me.

How To Do Instagram Right For Business

When I first got this book, I was intrigued by the title. I have been using Instagram awhile and was curious as to how you could get scammed in Instagram. Was this really possible?

As it turns out, I feel like the title of this book was fraudulent. This is not to say that Mr. Leaf meant it to be that way but I do think it is misleading. The fact is, this book is about setting up Instagram for business so that the businesses do not mislead the consumer. In essence, it is a how to book.

I read the book but really felt this was not for me.
