I sat down to write this article inspired by the ever-increasing weirdness of the news coming out of the U.S., and how I try to take it all in and synthesize it as an expat/immigrant living in South America. I talk about annoying Concerned Citizens (who seem to everywhere now), the rise of the new Thought Police, and who really benefits from the ongoing Culture War in America.
