This book is a great little powerhouse of 10 habits that are geared towards anyone looking to get more control of their life; I have personally read a lot of books on habit development so I understand the real importance of having positive, well-balanced habits in your life. The author Brian does an excellent job of giving readers ten habits they can take right now and begin to implement immediately.

Habit#1: Surround yourself with like-minded people is gold. You are the combined sum of the five people you spend the most time with. As the author states, why spend time with people who hold you back or don't support your goals? Find the right people who do.

Habit#2: Provide Value is about doing a reality check to see what value you are providing to people in your company and in your life. You can work hard but without adding that value you won't get far.

Habit#3: Do more than is expected, or in other words, go that extra mile. By doing more than is expected you can gain greater respect from people and they will learn to lean on you more.

Habit#4: Understand Personality Styles focuses in on knowing your strengths, and weaknesses. By knowing more about yourself you can analyse the various personality types to better understand what makes people tick.

In Habit#5 "Do what you know wan donât what you feel" the author shares with us his morning routine that I find to be very empowering. By following a similar routine or creating one of your own, you can get more out of your day.

Wow, Just Wow. How is this guy not embarrassed?

Would you try another book written by Ryan Biddulph or narrated by Dave Wright?

Not a chance! Look, I bought this book fully understanding that the author was cranking out a new book every few months so I understood that it may be a little under whelming. And I also understood that it was a little shorter than my usual audio files (this one is just over an hr, usually target audios at ~8hrs in length). But man, this was like listening to someone with ADD talk to themselves all the while being high on drugs. Clearly it hadn't been edited. And clearly Ryan didn't even go to the trouble of rereading what he had written. Maybe he did, maybe he was high when he did. And was there a point to this book? did he have the decency to actually answer the questions raised in the title. Perhaps in some esoterical way he did, but unfortunately, I did not smoke enough dope to be at his level to understand it.

Would you ever listen to anything by Ryan Biddulph again?

Sure would. If I was the last person on this Earth, my dog died, and I had something terminal that would be resulting in a lot of pain, but I didn't quite have enough courage to end it all. In that instance I would probably buy one of this charlatan's audio files, put it on loop 'cause I know that listening to this trite for another hour would make even Budha want to end it all.

How could the performance have been better?

Guys, I couldn't honestly call this a book. It is literally just some guys rant. How the hell did this even make to to the stage where you have to pay for it? Surely there must be some sort of police, or scam protection agency you can call to report this guy. And that's probably why he is a traveller, if he stayed in one spot long enough he knows he would be lynched.

What character would you cut from Blogging from Paradise: How to Create and Publish a Successful eBook?

Well, if you cut the character of Ryan Bidulph from the book it would be 100% improvement (i.e. the audio book would be silent)

If you truly want to progress in this field look at one of Joanna Penn's books. She provides real answers and know how. If you wish to be amazed at how deluded some people are as to their own abilities & importance then go no further, the only downside being that will have to pay this folk for the laugh at his expense. (Hey, I knew what I was getting into this time so won't be seeking a refund, but was still honestly amazed at how bad it was).

There are no characters. This is a writing textbook.

It depends on how quickly you want to use the information. If you want to improve your writing by tomorrow, then yes. Otherwise smaller listening sessions might be more appropriate.

This is a good self-paced text on how to improve your business communication. It is similar to the author's other books, but it is more concise. This book focuses on honing your message to your audiences needs.

Narration sounds like Siri

I couldn't get more than a few minutes through the book because of the narration - the narrator sounded like Siri on my iPhone - computer generated, flat and emotionless.
