This is a booklet. I would not pay anything for this as the information provided is nothing special and the presentation is also just OK. I don't think I would recommend this even if it was free.

I found this book very interesting. I was especially surprised to discover the healing effects of basil and of marigolds.

Informative book

This was just what I had hoped for. It goes step by step with instructions on how to handle the many issues that have to be handled. You could read it from the beginning or just pick areas you want to read "right now". I think that this book would be something that everyone should read-a head of time. Knowing before hand what to do would be beneficial as opposed to playing catch up; especially when you are in the midst of a very emotional time. I would highly recommend this book. Blessings.
