In Episode 3 we are welcoming our first guest to the Listen Up! Podcast, our incredible friend Sophia. We tackle the huge topic of racism, discussing how racism differs in the UK and the US, some of the defining moments in the Black Lives Matter movement, and Morgan and Sophia share their own experiences of microagressions.
