Supporting a loved one who is struggling with OCD can be extremely difficult and frustrating at times. Unfortunately, many people are unknowingly fueling their loved one's OCD instead of helping, because they love them so much and hate to see them suffer. Here are a few tips I have learned along my journey to properly help your loved one who is suffering.
