I believe that any complex problem can be solved provided the people who are working on the problem are able to openly, willingly, and curiously explore the deeply embedded issue before taking action. The societal challenge we have today is we want problems solved, but do not understand how difficult it is to really fix things that are broken. We speak of simple answers, but do not address the core problem. In today’s episode, we explore true problem-solving behaviors and activities. We will talk about how there are different processes for addressing different types of problems and how complex problems cannot be solved simply and why that is the case. Join me for a great learning discussion on Listening and Problem Solving.
