After her dancing career ended, she embarked on a soul-searching journey where yoga became a guiding light toward a more purposeful and connected life. Inspired by the impact yoga had on her own well-being, she delved into yoga teacher training, earning multiple certifications.
Her journey didn’t stop there. Dubraskha immersed herself in the realms of meditation and Ayurveda, training under the guidance of Deepak Chopra and his renowned faculty. This training not only enriched her practice but also fueled her passion to share the profound benefits of these ancient practices with others, guiding them toward holistic well-being.
