Listening Closely - Awaken Your Interior

I have spent so much of my life settling for scraps. Being the jello that fits in-between what everyone else needs and wants. Telling myself, someday, it will be my turn. Today I am going to share what happened when I stepped away from my life for 4 weeks, and took a journey through Europe, to find Anna and my edges.

Most of us struggle with an inner battle. The fear of being seen, and the deeper one, of being invisible and forgotten.

Everything in our homes carries a weight. It might be the cost, or the physical space, or the maintenance, but if we aren’t listening closely, this weight can drag us down. Sometimes, it pulls us down so far, that we can’t even feel it anymore. We lose our bearings. We get numb to what is and what isn’t making us happy. Today, lets talk about how to know if you have gotten lost in the deep end, and how to set yourself free.

Today let’s take a look at creating space, for everyone in your home. And, I’m gonna get even more vulnerable, and share my mistakes, so get a towel, cause I’m gonna “spill some tea”.
