Doug Noll is an award-winning author, speaker, and lawyer-turned-peacemaker, whose work includes teaching maximum security prisoners to transform their lives into lives of peace and calm. Doug Works with the Prison of Peace Project, which involves traveling to prisons and ‘listening others into existence’. During this episode, Doug and Alex spent some time discussing this project and how exactly Doug was able to teach these prisoners to be calmer individuals.
