Super grateful to get to be able to do the podcast with Uncle Sam. Sam used to be heavily involved in selling and using drugs but has turned his life around for quite some time now. Me and Amanda talked about parenting while high, losing kids to foster care, and eventually getting her kids back. Me and Jesse have almost the exact same amount of clean time. He has been a bright light to the recovery community and someone I consider to be a good friend.
