This week, Dr. Terrie Noland discusses "The Great Resignation." "You know it's out there. We have seen this global issue of people moving in their jobs, leaving their jobs, quitting their jobs. We've seen it in education as well. There's not a teacher shortage. We still have teachers. We've still got the same number of teachers  out there, they're just not in the classroom. It's not a teacher shortage. We  have a feeling valued, shortage. Feeling needed, shortage. Feeling relevant, feeling important, feeling equipped and not overwhelmed shortage. You've probably heard this saying people don't quit their job, they quit their boss. I also want to think about it like this, people don't quit their job, they quit the system."

We've all been in a situation where we thought, "Wow! That person is difficult." In this episode, Dr. Terrie Noland challenges us to take a different approach to people who may appear "difficult."
