It has been few years since the Borg's final attack, yet planets are still reeling, facing supply problems, struggling to meet the most basic needs in ways they haven't for over a century and on top of all this the Andorian people are dealing with a reproductive crisis that could mean annihilation for their species if they cannot find a cure.
