Little Bit Leave It

Congrats, hun! It's the moment we've all been waiting for: the post-Casa Amor recoupling! The most drama-filled episode of the season! We combine both episodes of the TV show into one glorious podcast, discussing the tearful reunions that had some girls crying in joy and others crying in despair. We ask questions about Demi's awful dress as well as whether Shaughna's famous one-liner was premeditated. We've got a special guest for our feature segment: Parker James from A Modern Proposal stops by to propose some disturbing solutions for the problems of Love Island. Turned heads become budding romances at Casa Amor while the action has fizzled at the main villa. Priscilla decides that blondes have more fun and Jess tries to prove her right. We do a deep dive into tartans, plaids, and kilts (oh, my!) after Biggs declares that he might wear one when he gets married. We talk fashion and rank couples. Callum's head is turning and Siannise's ears are burning as Luke T. pines away in Casa Amor. Mike makes yet another connection, this time with Priscilla, and Demi makes up her mind to stay loyal to Nas--but will her loyalty be rewarded?

Our feature segment highlights the just a few of the impacts that Britons of Ghanaian and Ugandan descent have had on UK culture and politics. And as per usual, we talk fashions and rank those couples. This episode contains additional music from audionautix.com.

It's everyone's favorite episode of Love Island UK! The Casa Amor episode! Season 6's version delivers six new girls along with six new boys to keep the original girls busy at the main villa. We breakdown whose heads are already being turned with special guest co-host Logan! He also weighs in with his opinion on the best Nando's sauce in an extended Culture Shock, lets his claws out in the T&A Report, and shakes up our rankings in a BIG way!

The islanders know somebody is going home tonight, but before they do, we get a classic game of snog, marry, pie--or as this season's cast calls it, Jess, Sophie, Siannise! The Luke M./Jess/Mike love triangle is finally resolved and we say goodbye to a beloved islander who will truly be missed at the villa and also Wallace.

Speaking of Wallace, this episode's deep dive is into Inverness, Scotland! It's the Return of the Jacobites in this week's installment of badly-explained history. We talk fashion and of course rank the couples.

The love triangle between Mike, Jess, and Luke M. continues, and Wallace does the worst thing he could have ever done to Rebecca by making her avocado toast. The guys soak the girls in beer and the couples roll around with hot dogs in their mouths before deciding which of them are least compatible and at risk of going home. Our curiosity as to the origin of the term "Geordie" leads us down a rabbit hole of royal history, and we talk fashion and rank the couples. This episode features additional music by Audionautix.com. Mike dumps Leanne from the villa and heads straight for Jess. Shaughna is angry with Mike but not angry enough to distract her from her mission of pushing Sophie out of the villa, too--or maybe she was just taking her anger out on Sophie. Luke M. does what he can to stop Mike from grafting but it's just not working, and Nas and Demi finally lock lips after breaking the ice in the sex position game.

We tell the story of the Kray brothers, which somehow relates to Leanne's hometown of Chingford at the northern end of Greater London, and as per usual, talk outfits and rank the couples. This episode features additional music by Audionautix.com.

The Worst Rebecca continues to create trouble, Mike gets sleazy, Paige and Fin head to the Hideaway, Nas and Demi reveal troubling pizza preferences, and on top of all that, we've got a recoupling! Another original islander goes home as we say goodbye to Leanne.

Our deep dive subject is the European tradition of the "bedding ceremony"--it's not just from Game of Thrones, and it finds contemporary expression on Love Island when the entire villa helps a couple prepare for the Hideaway. And of course we talk about fashions and rank the couples! This episode features additional music by Audionautix.com.

We rejoin our islanders with appetizers already in progress, and the triangles are everywhere! Will newcomer Wallace force Luke T.'s hand with Siannise? Leanne dumps Mike but could she get dumped in return? We ponder these questions, do a deep dive into the Charles/Diana/Camilla love triangle, answer your questions about pudding and squash, and of course discuss outfits and rank couples.
