Parenting is hard work and life is unpredictable. This is no exception at the dental office. Often times in my practice, a parent may learn for the first time that their child has cavities. Immediately, their demeanor changes. The guilt is evident. In this episode, I discuss my opinion on this situation (you’re not a bad parent) and some ways to improve your self-talk.

The Career Day LIVE Podcast is now Little Egypt LIVE. We are still focusing on the mindset of choosing a career. By focusing on Legacy, Impact, Vision, and Empathy, we feel young people will choose careers that lead to happiness and fulfillment. While we are not guidance counselors, we do believe that choosing a career based on your strengths, talents, and interests will put an end to the TGIF mindset around work in our culture today. We want to take TGIF and transform it to TGIM (thank God it's Monday). I want to see young people energized and excited to go to work! In an internet-based world, the access to careers, side-hustles, and business ownership is an absolute possibility for anyone with a smartphone or computer. Let's start living a life that mirrors the abundant possibilities in the world. Let's start by changing the mindset around work!
