We must become convinced that the Written Word is God speaking to us personally, and that those promises are for us personally.

We live by faith and not by miracles. We do not ordinarily wait for God to perform a miracle for us. The Word is the seed to everything that God has already done for us. It is ready for us to find, personalize, plant, and receive what it promises.

Faith is belief with the heart accompanied by corresponding actions that line up with that faith. The first action is speaking the desired result, not simply a commentary on what is. Following that are other actions in agreement with what we believe. Sometimes those actions will seem like extreme measures, and may seem foolish to others.
