Little Fluffy Clouds

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Creme de Violette

    • Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, express Lemon zest over top of cocktail.




    Aviation

    • 2 oz Gin
    • 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
    • 1/4 oz Creme de Violette
    • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

      • Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.




      Biggles Aviation by Simon Difford

      • 1 1/2 oz Gin
      • 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur
      • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
      • 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
      • 1/24 oz Creme de Violette

        • Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
