On a hot August afternoon I sat in a community park, where there’s a wade pool for kids to have some splash. It turned cloudy slowly, and began to thunder. While other kids started leaving wth their parents, I turned my head and saw a girl about 5-year old, standing on a stone ping-pong table, dancing alone without a single audience. She was totally immersed in herself. Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
