Sarah Landry is a teacher and “accidental entrepreneur,” owning both Mommy Connections Cape Breton and Belle Vie Birth & Baby. While she wears many hats, the common mission and passion is to educate and create connections for Cape Breton families through classes, programs, and community-building events from prenatal to preschool. Building your village starts with strong support and takes many hands. She has and always will call Cape Breton home, where she is happily raising her family.

Bob Pelley has spent his career supporting entrepreneurs across Atlantic Canada but his heart lives in Cape Breton which he calls home. He is known as the startup guy to talk to on Cape Breton Island and he is passionate about growing the region. Bob is a veteran of the market research and consulting industry, with experience in business development, project management, market research, strategic planning, operations and sales. He currently works as the Manager of Cape Breton with Invest NS. While Bob isn't in the office you can find him, sailing, skiing or at the beach with his wife and dog. It is not uncommon to end up having a "meeting" with Bob around the campfire in Inverness, as he is always keen to talk about your company and growing the region.
