今天想跟你聊聊一个很生活、但也很有意思的话题：体育运动。
体育运动 – sports and physical activities

说实话，我小时候一点也不喜欢运动。尤其是学校的体育课。那时候每年都要测800米跑步，每次听到这个数字，我都头皮发麻。
体育课 – P.E. class
头皮发麻 – to feel nervous/scared (literally "scalp tingles")

为了不跑步，我甚至装过肚子疼，当然，老师一点也不相信我。但奇怪的是，长大之后，我对运动的看法完全变了。
装 – to pretend

我开始明白，运动其实不是“被迫完成”的任务，而是我们给自己的一段时间，让身体动起来，让脑子停一停。

尤其是工作压力大的时候，去运动一下，不但能让你睡得更好，也能把那些乱七八糟的情绪清理一下。

This pattern means: I can play [ball sport]
It’s super flexible and easy to use!

那天我下班有点晚，大概是六点半。

一整天我都坐在电脑前，开会、写东西、回很多很多邮件。
我真的很累，眼睛酸，脑子也不太转了。
我走出办公室的时候，外面天已经黑了，风有点冷。

我本来想直接回家，但是手机响了一下。是我的朋友，她发来一条消息说：“要不要一起吃晚饭？”
我看了一眼手机，马上回她：“好啊，我已经饿了。”

🚇 坐地铁去餐厅

我们约在13区，那边有一家我们常去的川菜馆，就是那种有点辣、很香的中餐。
我从公司走到地铁站，大概五分钟。进了地铁以后，我先换了一次线，又等了几分钟。

人挺多的，有人站着玩手机，有人靠在门边看小说，还有一个人在吃薯片，味道很重。

我站在那里，戴着耳机听歌，脑子已经有点放空了。
其实我挺喜欢地铁的感觉，不用说话，也不用想事情，就跟着人群走，挺舒服的。

🍲 到餐厅了

我到餐厅的时候，我朋友已经到了。她穿了一件很大的棉衣，看起来像一个团子。
我们一见面就笑了，我说：“你看起来太可爱了。”她说：“我是来吃饭的，不是来走红毯的。”

餐厅里人很多，大家说话声音很大，空气里全是辣椒味、牛肉味、还有香菜味。
我们找了一个靠窗的位置坐下了。

我们点了三个菜：一个是宫保鸡丁，一个是酸辣土豆丝，还有一个是水煮鱼。
还点了米饭和一壶热茶。后来我们又加了一份豆腐，说是“为了健康”。

我朋友说：“吃饭不配茶，怎么能算生活。”
我说：“你说得好像很有道理。”

💬 吃饭聊天

菜很快就来了，我们马上开始吃。我真的饿了。
我们边吃边聊天。她说她今天上班的时候，和同事吵了一架，我就一边吃一边听。
我说：“那你就骂回来啊。”
她说：“我当时想骂的，但我忍住了。忍到现在。”

我们一边讲这些事，一边吃菜。嘴巴又辣又麻，但真的很好吃。
我说：“我觉得我的舌头已经没感觉了，但我还想吃。”

她说：“那就多吃一点，晚上不减肥。”

🍺 吃完饭，我们没回家

吃完饭以后已经八点多了，我们本来想说吃完就各自回家。
但是我朋友突然说：“要不要去隔壁喝一杯？”

我说：“可是我现在满身都是火锅味。”
她说：“那又怎样？巴黎的酒吧，没人管你身上是什么味。”

我想了两秒，说：“好吧，那我们去喝一杯。”

🎵 在酒吧里

我们去了餐厅旁边的一家酒吧。这个酒吧不大，灯光有点暗，放的是那种很轻的音乐。
吧台有几个客人在聊天，角落里有人在约会，看起来气氛还不错。

我们找了一个角落坐下，点了两杯酒。我点了mojito，她点了一个蓝色的酒，我也不知道叫什么。她说：“反正看起来很好喝。”

我们一边喝酒，一边继续聊天。她说最近很想去旅行，我说我也一样。
我还说：“我们要不明年一起去意大利？”
她说：“意大利太贵了，我们先去布列塔尼吧。”

我说：“那也可以，只要有好吃的。”

📱 刷手机，发照片

我们喝完第一杯，又点了第二杯。然后开始刷手机。
她发了一张我们吃饭的照片，写着：“人生需要辣。”
我发了一张酒杯的照片，写着：“今天不工作，只喝酒。”

然后我们互相点赞，还互相吐槽对方写得太土。

🕚 快十一点，我们准备回家

我躺在床上，看了一会儿手机。

搭子 (dā zi)

This is the hottest trend right now — 搭子 means a “buddy” for a specific thing.
Think of it like your partner-in-crime, but for one very specific activity.

• 饭搭子 – your eating buddy
• 酒搭子 – drinking buddy
• 学习搭子 – study buddy
• 旅行搭子 – travel buddy
• 发疯搭子 – your chaotic, scream-into-the-void buddy

It’s funny, cute, and super relatable.
You’ll hear people say things like:

“没有学习搭子我学不进去。”
Without my study buddy, I just can’t focus.

Or

“我们是发疯搭子，一起emo一起笑。”
We’re chaos buddies — we cry and laugh together.

精 (jīng) – A Loving Roast

Another slang trend: use “精” to tease your friends (with love).
It’s like calling someone a little goblin or a drama queen — but make it Chinese.

• 恋爱脑精 – your friend who’s always falling in love
• 内耗精 – the one who overthinks everything
• 社恐精 – your socially anxious introvert
• 发疯精 – your drama king/queen with chaotic energy

Used in group chats or captions like:

“我和我的内耗精搭子今天又在emo。”
My overthinking buddy and I are being emo again today.

奶茶人 / emo人 / 叠叠乐人

You can also just add “人” to describe someone:

• 奶茶人 – always drinking milk tea
• emo人 – always feeling emotional
• 叠叠乐人 – stacking sadness like Jenga blocks (this one’s tragic but Gen-Z hilarious)

It’s creative, poetic, and very meme-able.

So if you really want to sound like a native?
Stop saying "朋友" all the time — call your friend your 饭搭子, your 发疯精, or your 奶茶人.

今天我想讲一个故事，一个关于旅行的故事。
它没有鬼，没有血，也没有失踪人口。
但我保证，你听到最后，会忍不住想重新听一遍。

故事发生在两个月前，我出差到关西，会议结束后，决定临时留宿一晚。
那天我特别累，也没心情社交，就想找一个安静、不太热门的小旅馆，洗个澡，好好睡一觉。

在订房网站上，我看中了一家评分不错但评价很少的酒店。名字叫**“湖岸小筑”**。照片里房间简洁干净，靠近一片湖，风景不错，我就订了。

从车站走过去大概二十分钟，天色刚刚黑下来，空气很安静，酒店也比我想象的还要小一点，像一栋民居。门口挂着一个木牌子，上面写着：“欢迎回家。”

我当时没多想，以为是他们的宣传语。

前台没人，只有一位戴眼镜的中年女人走出来，说话很轻，问我是不是“回来了”。

我以为她是认错人，就笑着说：“是第一次来。”

她没说什么，只是点了点头，把房卡递给我，说：“房间已经为您准备好了，熟悉的位置。”

我心里有点奇怪，但也没多想。旅馆不大，房间在二楼的最里面。

打开门的一瞬间，我愣住了。

房间的布置和我在网站上看到的不太一样。桌上放着一个我曾经用过的同款马克杯，窗边那把椅子，和我大学宿舍里的一模一样，连浴室里的洗发水品牌，都是我高中时最常用的那一款。

更让我不安的是——床头柜上放着一本书，是一本我只在朋友圈里提过、从没公开提过的小说。

我站在房间里，有种很强烈的违和感。就像……这个房间，知道我是谁。

我甚至开始怀疑自己是不是以前来过。

我打开手机翻订单，确定这家酒店是第一次订，没有历史记录。再往回翻，以前也没来过这个城市。

我开始有些坐立不安。

那晚，我睡得不好。夜里梦到很多事情，醒来的时候天还没亮。
我决定早点退房。下楼时前台没人，我把房卡放在桌上，准备走人。

门口那位戴眼镜的女人却从厨房走了出来，笑着对我说：“您这次，真的要走了吗？”

我愣住了：“你是不是……认错人了？”

她看着我，语气很平静：“您总是忘了。每次都说是第一次来，但您已经来过很多次了。”

我头皮一阵发麻：“什么意思？”

她低头看了看我放在柜台上的房卡，说：“今天是您第七次订这间房了。我们每次都按您上次的喜好重新布置房间。”

我盯着她：“我不记得。”

她点头：“是的，您每次都说同一句话。”

那一刻我有点慌，也有点冷静。我转身快步离开，走到路边，打车去了下一个城市。

几天后，我重新登录订房网站，想找那家酒店的评价页面，却发现——没有这家店。

不是下架了，是根本找不到“湖岸小筑”这家酒店的任何信息。网站、地图、搜索记录，全都没有。

就像我从来没去过。

但我知道，我去过。

我不是记错，而是……我真的忘了。

那家酒店知道我比我自己还清楚。
