Sometimes we forget about how powerful our mind is 💭
Visualization, is an incredible tool that I like to play with in my meditations, to bring feelings, thoughts & emotions I want to cultivate into my life
Fun fact, your body doesn’t know the difference between an actual event happening to you, vs an event you create in your mind
Meaning, when we run through scenarios in our head, good, or bad, our body has the same physical response as if it is actually happening to us
This is pretty powerful... my reaction the first time I learned that —> 🤯
If you’re procrastinating, or looking for a reason to take a mini break in your day,
I invite you to take 10 min, and let me guide you through this simple medtiation,
I promise you won’t regret it 😉💛
Hello beautiful friends!
If you’re struggling to figure out how to feel more energized throughout your day, to prioritize well and get the boring things done but still have fun, then this episode is for you!
Not gonna lie, I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed, exhausted, and uninspired lately. Obviously not enjoying the lack of energy, I’ve been trying to dig deeper as to where it was coming from. Then, I had a conversation with a friend the other night and as I was asking her about how she maintains her energy in a sustainable way, she shared with me two very simple yet I believe incredibly overlooked tips that really resonated with me… so obvi I had delve deeper and share it with you guys!
I talk about the importance of play, how labelling different ways we spend our time as good or bad can be an inspiration killer, and how we can feel more energized daily.
As always, much love & I hope you’re having a beautiful day!
Liv
Hey Beautiful! Thanks for spending some time with me :)
In this episode, I talk about how this past year has been a series of me holding my breath for a moment and taking a leap of faith before I could talk myself out of it. For dreaming big, inviting fear along for the journey and figuring it out as I go. That’s led me to having the craziest year that I’ll always be grateful for - from being called back from exchange because of the pandemic, to starting my first venture with one of my best friends, to moving across the country, and having a ridiculous amount of fun along the way.
Think of how many times the thought of doing something became too scary in your head and you didn’t even try. (My list is pretty damn long) But then think about how you’ve overcome your darkest days so far, and things you didn’t think you could do in the moment.
Some highlighted topics:
Oh also, how all this led me to moving out west for a couple of months in a pandemic!
all my love & if this episode inspires you, please share it with someone that you think it could lift as well!

hi friends!
I know this has been a challenging time for all of us in one way or another but I wanted to remind you that you're not alone!
These are just some things that I've been doing to be kinder to myself during this time and to really work with my body rather than against it, and encourage you to try some of it out!
all love,
liv
Jewelia is a lovely soul whom I’ve had the chance to get to know recently and her warm inviting energy is what resonated with me after practicing meditation with her the first time on Parliament Hill. Meditation is something that has truly changed my life and I’ve been so interested in understanding why and how it has the power to make me feel uplifted by simply focusing on breath for 5, 10 or 20 minutes.
Whether you're a skeptic or an advanced meditator, theres something to learn for everyone!
In this episode, Jewelia delves into the science behind it and the proven effects it has on our nervous system and the brain itself. She is a certified meditation teacher who is passionate about wanting to make others feel held&supported. She kindly shares her learnings from her own practice as well as her teacher training that we can all apply in our every day lives to feel more up-lifted. This episode was so educational for me so I hope you all are able to take something away from it too! Happy meditating :)

Some would call it group therapy… we just like to keep it real. Sharing, listening and being vulnerable. These humans have inspired me in so many ways. I can honestly say I would not be the person I am today had I not been able to share conversations, thoughts and be held & supported by them. Even though our paths all crossed through different periods of our lives, it's been a blessing to be able to share a space with them. Some topics that came up for us were:
Eve, Kiara & Liam have inspired me in so many ways and I am so excited they’re here to share with all of you their insights & wisdom. Much love & share always x
