Turning 40 was both a welcoming and a wakeup call. I wasn't sure what to expect of my life in its entirety turning 40, I only knew that I was nowhere close to what I dreamt of being. I spent a decade discovering myself, working and caregiving to only realize that midlife is a bitch! I was NOT going to let my 50's bring me down!

As a coach, it's important for me to be coachable. To grow and move through each stage of life with grace, ease and resilience. This is what I want to share with all women. It's okay to not know the what; who; where. It's not okay to NOT do anything about it. It's my passion to guide women along their path to living free of all falsehoods, should haves, when I's, doubt and fear. We were born worthy of all good things, and it's my mission to get you to the point of lovingly accepting your truth and live your life to the fullest… and live each day as if it were Friday!
