  • Father, Who Are You?
*Listen to the Show notes and podcast transcript with this multi-language player.
    Summary:
Both Adam and Jesus were “Sons” of God
His desire is to be our Father, “Our Father, who art in Heaven...”
God’s love is far above anything we as humans understand
God’s family is a truly functional family,
We want to eliminate the “religious” thinking of who God is and
find the experiential relationship with our Father
    Show notes:
    • When a person accepts Jesus as their Lord and savior, this
begins the relationship of the Father, Jesus, and the Holy
    Spirit in our life.
    • We reach the Father going through Christ. He is the only
    door.
    • Your relationship with the Father is so special, so precious ,
so inviting, peaceful, it ministers the fruit of the Spirit.
    • We come just as we are, believing that He will receive me
and love me because I am His son.
    • Human relationships and love dry up without a connection to
    the source of love.
    • Our hopes, aspirations, and dreams will turn to ashes
without the foundation of the Lordship of Jesus, and people
will argue with this statement but look at the world today.

          Show Notes:

          • Disappointments are believing in something that is not faith.
          • Remember Satan uses the Word of God to deceive or distract us.
          • What is god trying to say to us? “Today if you hear my voice do not harden your heart”.
          • The truth out of time is as good as a lie.
          • The Holy Spirit has to confirm it to you.
          • Find what you are believing for in the Scriptures.
          • "Witness" of the word is your experience of that word.
          • I open my heart to listen and wait for Him to speak.
          • Faith is imparted to you by the Holy Spirit.
          • You should be having experiences with the Lord; You should be having somefulfillmentt in your life.

And he led Him to Jerusalem and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here; 10 for it is written, ‘HE WILL COMMAND HIS ANGELS CONCERNING YOU TO GUARD YOU,’ 11 and, ‘ON their HANDS THEY WILL BEAR YOU UP, SO THAT YOU WILL NOT STRIKE YOUR FOOT AGAINST A STONE.’ ” 12 And Jesus answered and said to him, “It is said, ‘YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST.’ ”
          Genesis 3:1
Now the serpent was more crafty than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, “Indeed, has God said, ‘You shall not eat from any tree of the garden’?”r

“For the Amalekites and the Canaanites will be there in front of you, and you will fall by the sword, inasmuch as you have turned back from following the LORD. And the LORD will not be with you.” 44 But they went up heedlessly to the ridge of the hill country; neither the ark of the covenant of the LORD nor Moses left the camp. 45 Then the Amalekites and the Canaanites who lived in that hill country came down, and struck them and beat them down as far as Hormah.

Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself. 18 But someone may well say, “You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” 20 But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless? 26 For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead.

          Summary:
Are there disappointments with God or situations?
Is there a legitimate cause for these disappointments?
          How do we end disappointments?
          How do we get faith?
          Show Notes:
Let’s talk about disappointments, and how we can help people get past disappointments by eliminating that deception that is creating them.
Many times we are believing something or for something that god has not spoken.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing from a Word from God.
Faith is a gift; How do we receive this gift? When god speaks a Word that creates faith
Faith never dies it is eternal as long as that faith is in your spirit and you are feeding it and caring for it and walking in it.
Do not try to do something on a human level.
Take the time to write it down, what you believe, go through each point and find out what Word from God gave me that Faith.
It has to be an experience where God meets you in the Word. Then take action on that Word

          Isaiah 53:5

          2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. 17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,  while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

          James 2:14-16
What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?  If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food,  and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that?
