  • Prepare To Take A New Step In God
*Listen to the Show notes and podcast transcript with this multi-language player.
    Summary:
Your preparation and daily communion with the Lord is basic to anyone's
walk with the Lord. Questions such as “What does it mean to wait on the
Lord,” or How should I read the scriptures,” should be of uppermost concern
for those who truly want a deep relationship with the Lord. Spending time in
the Word, waiting on Him and your daily worship is the foundation of your
relationship with the Lord, and the foundation of your relationship to those
who you relate to in the Body of Christ. Without this preparation of your
spirit, you are missing what the Lord would speak and impart to you in
everyday life. When you assemble with the family of God it is all about
    active participation not passive observation.
    Show Notes:
    • Your time before the Lord in Worship, waiting on Him, reading His
Word is all a time of preparing yourself for your daily walk with Him.
    • Functioning as a man or woman of God requires an anointing from Him
and that comes from time spent with Him.
    • Preparing yourself to speak and hear a Word from God is a way of life.
    • Walking with God is not a spectator sport!
    • The point is He wants to have a relationship with you, and you can't
have that unless you are doing something in the relationship.
    • Start each day with a meeting with the Lord.

He wants a relationship with you, and you cannot have that if you are not
    doing something in the relationship.
You should have a meeting with the Lord at the beginning of your
    day.
    Take away:
Start your experience with God at home and bring Him with you. It is a
conscious action, spending time with the Lord talking to Him, being with
Him. It starts from the desire of your heart to be filled. Spend the time, get
filled, know that you a r e filled, know that you are ready.

  • How Much Of Christ’s Provision Are You Walking In Today?

He has given us all things, why do we pray or act like beggars?

“Every promise in the Book is mine….”

What are some actions that we can take to show how we believe what the scriptures say?

    Show Notes:

We who believe, He has given us everything pertaining to life and Godliness.

He has already provided everything to have a revelation and an awareness of that provision, change your attitude of the way you pray and approach the father.

There are actions that we must do to appropriate the provision.

How much do we miss because of our unawareness of the Lord and the provisions that are ours?

The Holy Spirit will show us the things that we can do.

The little things snow ball, a little here, a little there.

We want to live by the promises in the scriptures; and the only honest way to do that is know what the scriptures give us as promises.

  • Where Did That Faith Come From?

Are there disappointments with God or situations?

Is there a legitimate cause for these disappointments?

    How do we end disappointments?

    How do we get faith?

    Show Notes:

Let’s talk about disappointments, and how we can help people get past disappointments by eliminating that deception that is creating them.

Many times we are believing something or for something that god has not spoken.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing from a Word from God.

Faith is a gift; How do we receive this gift? When god speaks a Word that creates faith

Faith never dies it is eternal as long as that faith is in your spirit and you are feeding it and caring for it and walking in it.

Do not try to do something on a human level.

Take the time to write it down, what you believe, go through each point and find out what Word from God gave me that Faith.

It has to be an experience where God meets you in the Word.

Then take action on that Word.

    References:

    Romans 10:17

17 So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.

9 to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

24 and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.

5 But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.

    John 16:13

13 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.

    2 Corinthians 4:16-18

16 Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day.

17 For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison,

18 while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

    James 2:17, 18

17 Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.

18 But someone may well say, “You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.”

    James 2:14-16

14 What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith, but he has no works? Can that faith save him?

15 If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food,

    Matthew 16:22, 23
