Gratitude is crucial for your physical health and wellbeing. It helps to maintain blood pressure, improve the immune system and facilitate more efficient sleep. It reduces depression, anxiety and takes out a person from the feeling of attempting suicide.

Having gratitude can change your life by shifting your focus from negativity to positivity. It breathes positivity into everything you do. You move from living in a state of lack, to a state of abundance in every possible way. It gives you peace of mind and inner stability. It helps you to be victorious in all aspects of life as you have already created a platform for internal success. Being happy, healthy and stable in your mind and spirit, you can achieve your goals without too many external distractions.

I don't complain about the lack of time what little I have will go far enough. This day Today will achieve what no tomorrow can.

How you do ‘your’ anything is how you do ‘your’ everything. it's true. how you handle today - is how you handle every day. How you handle this minute is how you handle every minute.

What can you do today to contribute to this world? You get what you deserve. Think it this way, instead of being a good person today you’re opting to become one tomorrow. And you’re always in a constant phase difference with tomorrow.
