I've documented a lot that i've been stuck in a slump for a while and I originally thought it was down to my day to day activities, is it my job, is it that I run a client serviced business and find myself jumping through demanding hoops, is it my debt, is it this, that or the other.

In reality I think if I changed my job and made it more automated, I'd still end up in a slump from time to time as my day to day life is very much the same.. but it's that just what life is? 

Let's explore this a little further.
