07/23/25: Joel Heitkamp is broadcasting from the North Dakota State Fair in Minot, and is joined by the Executive Director of the Broadband Association of North Dakota. 

Carissa Swenson brings over 13 years of experience in the rural broadband sector, initially as a cooperative director and training consultant. Transitioning to her role as the Executive Director for the Broadband Association of North Dakota (BAND) in August 2022, she continues her dedicated service to the industry. Carissa holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and business education, complemented by a master's degree in Instructional Technology. Read more here.
