Meet Jenn Walsh

Jenn Walsh is an insurance industry enthusiast who wants people to thrive at all phases of their Sales and Client Service careers. Over the last 35 years, she has developed her expertise within insurance carriers, a full-service brokerage firm, and by holding several leadership roles in national industry associations. She founded GenuineShift in 2018, and its Client Service Academy builds client service teams to help insurance brokers and carriers grow. She lives in San Francisco with her husband and her 39th foster puppy (#fosterfail), Lolo.
