Ultimately, living in truth is all about embracing what is authentic to you as an individual.

From what time you want to wake up in the morning to how you dress and express yourself, to what you do for a job.

Because no two people at the same, and no two realities are the same.

Every one of us is living in a different version of reality, which means everyone of us has a different version of what is true for us.

Ever wonder why you and your siblings remember totally different things from your childhood?

Why you take away different things from the ‘same’ experience?

When a leader wants to take on more responsibility, they don’t just get given the responsibility. You have to earn it.

The way that you earn it is through integration. Through passing tests which test your integrity, your dignity and your authenticity.

I was really challenged with my why.

Why do you want to share your message?

Who does this ultimately help?

I had to have a good long speak to myself and ask if this was an ‘ego desire’ or something I truly thought that I needed to be shared with the world.

Choosing to share comes with responsibility and a duty of care. As a professional, As a master and as a leader it is crucial that your intentions are pure. And that your practice be grounded and rooted into all that you do.

You know the cliche you must practice what you preach.

And deciding you want to “preach” isn’t something that should be taken lightly.
