Today was a wake up call. I realized how small my world had become, how much I’ve been looking up instead of looking around. This isn’t about dismissing pain, it’s about perspective, gratitude, and finally accepting myself without chasing approval or pretending to be someone else

Another episode of me coping out loud, spiraling a bit, and reminding myself that starting late is still better than not starting at all.
