I am so excited about changing me to make me better, healthier and I know happier. 

My Weight loss Journey Begins. 

After loosing my dad recently I have been going through allot of emotions and thoughts. I learned that people are not was the seem to be. They make speak, smile and even act like they cool with you when truth be told they are totally different and surprisingly you did not see it coming. 

The modern day person calls it FAKE 

But there is so much more I've learned.

Some times in life you have to do what is best for you?

That also means say what's best for you. If one can speak their truth to you in return with all you can speak your truth to them with no regards. 

Meghan spits lyrics so smooth and sells sex like a pro. Yeah that sounds horrid but her lyrical game is on lock and her confidence is like she know she hot and she not what you want and she going give it to you just like you want it. There is some facts in her flow and I respect her acknowledging todays game... Its a business.
