Live-Lead and In-Between

As leaders we push.... we push for things to get done, for people to step into their potential and for what we see to come into fruition. Pushing is not a bad thing but it can quickly take a turn for the worst. In this episode we will explore what happens when we push to hard and what to do about it!

We have all encountered drama in our lives and in the areas that we lead in. Sometimes it's others and sometimes it's us. In today's short episode we will look at a couple of ways to lead through drama. I will have to credit my wife for most of them....as she seems to have a talent for it that I am still growing in.
