They get scared and their subconscious programming runs the show to KEEP THEM SAFE in what is familiar.
As an international transformation guide I have seen many clients procrastinate, get overwhelmed, drain their energy, freeze and want to give up for reasons they are not even fully aware of.
In this podcast episode I deliver an inner child healing transmission that unlocks common reasons why people unconsciously hide and continue to play small.
I role play and demonstrate a coaching session where I hold space for a client. In our dialogue we unravel what is truly blocking her from being more visible, experiencing more success and owning her authentic power.
You will see how we get to the bottom of what's really leaving her feeling stuck and overwhelmed.
This avatar of a client came to me overwhelmed about being seen, constantly feeling drained by others and is aware that she gives her power away to what other people think.
She is trying to breakup with people pleasing.
When we first started digging she thought it was linked to persecution wounds, to the fear of losing everything and having to start over if she claims her full power.
We kept diving deeper and realized she didn't trust herself and was afraid of failure. It doesn't stop here though!
We kept going to provide her with massive breakthroughs and awareness of what has been perpetuating this cycle.
I have seen this same story present in many clients men and woman. Just packaged differently.
This is why I created this podcast to help you gain clarity if this is YOU TOO!
It is my greatest hope that you see yourself in this podcast and are able to have some breakthroughs and a deeper awareness of how you maybe unconsciously sabotaging yourself.
