This is a live recording from our regular Monday night meditation. There is an introduction to the breathing practice and the benefits it offers. 4,7,8 breathing is a popular breathing technique that helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Practicing this as part of a meditation maximises the benefits however it can also be very useful to practice on a daily basis when you feel stressed or anxious. It's also said to help with sleep so try it if you struggle to fall asleep or wake up during the night.
