You can touch your face while you look in the mirror and speak your affirmations. ❤️

During quarantine I learned how to give myself 🙋🏽‍♀️a pedicure which is an example of physical touch.

But the best✅ example I have is to embrace yourself...wrap your arms around yourself 🤗and give yourself a hug. 🤗

I love you all but most importantly I want you to Love Yourself ❤️and Live a Life on Purpose!💪🏽

We must get to a place to not worry about tomorrow but to only be concerned about today. We must seek God in all things and remember to truly take it one day at a time. James 3:3-6 “The tongue 👅is a small part but carries great power” Proverbs 18:20-21

explains “Death and Life are in the power 💪🏽of the tongue, those who love it will eat its fruit. 🙌🏾

As we love what we eat, we must love what we speak🗣 to ourselves and others.

Let’s control our tongues and if we don’t have something powerful, positive, and loving to say, don’t say 🙇🏽anything at all.
