Nourishing and weeding out the old and unwanted is refreshing.

Think of a regular bit of self care and maintenance that you do. It refreshes and renews you and you’ve grown a wee bit too.

What’s your default reaction to things, is it negative?

Ever had a knee jerk reaction to something which comes across as negative? Why is that?

Give that course or class or book a go. If it’s not totally you, who cares, you’ve learned a new skill to use at a later date.

Big or little purpose? What ticks the box for you?

Do you really need a big gigantic super-meaningful purpose in your life? How about a lot of little purposes to fulfill you?

Take a look at something you don’t like about yourself. Think about it in a different light. Bingo!

Are there different parts of you that appear sometimes when you’re thinking or speaking? Take a look at those parts and try a different perspective.
