Today, Rightmove confirmed the third consecutive month of falling house prices with the average down almost £11,000 in three months. 

With rising unemployment, the uncertainty of tax rises at the October budget looming and reports of a “property sales tax” for houses over £500k, the outlook is even worse for sellers.
